Mucklagh Lodge (map)

Join John for a magical workshop in the heart of the Wicklow Mountains in Ireland. We’ll be in appreciation of the history of oak and its acorns as food. Ireland was once covered in oaks and there is now a movement to restore Ireland’s oak forests.

We’ll explore deeper connection to the landscape and the plants in it drawing on the gifts of our ancestors to reconnect with the lost treasures woven throughout. Herbalism is an ancient practice in Ireland. We’ll look at some of the healing herbs in the area and how to begin working with them in a variety of ways.
