Twila will be showing us a variety of ways she uses the agave inflorescence as food. We’ll hopefully be out there at a good time to gather some and prepare it according to her methods. Either way, she will bring some for us to process just in case.

Drive time from central Tucson is about 1.25-1.5 hours.

Details will be given upon registration with a meet up spot for caravaning from I-10 (in between Tucson and Benson)

There is dispersed camping nearby for those who wish to spend the night before or after the workshop (recommended). If camping the night before, please contact me as you may not need to drive to the meeting location (revealed in registration email).

Refund Policy: No refunds after April 30, but future credit can be applied for pre-class cancellations. No credit for no shows.
