Twila will be showing us a variety of ways she uses the agave inflorescence as food. We’ll hopefully be out there at a good time to gather some and prepare it according to her methods. Either way, she will bring some for us to process just in case.

The workshop will take place in the USFS in Happy Valley which is east of the Rincon mountains near the Miller Creek Trailhead.

Drive time from Tucson is about 1 hour.

There is a dirt road from just north of I-10 all the way to our workshop location.

Details will be given upon registration with a meet up spot for caravaning from I-10.

There is dispersed camping nearby for those who wish to spend the night before or after the workshop (recommended). If camping the night before, please contact me as you may not need to drive to the meeting location (revealed in registration email).

Refund Policy: No refunds after April 30, but future credit can be applied for pre-class cancellations. No credit for no shows.
